This follows the previous announcement which was made by the Minister to all academic institutions with regard to mode of undertaking final
examinations for the candidates who are due to sit their final examinations this academic semester or term with due consideration to the government measures which are put in place by the ministry of health, for mitigation of covid 19 pandemic.

In the discussions it was agreed that the university would conduct face to face examinations for Senior graduating classes only, for all faculties, with strict adherence to the WHO (World health Organization) and Ministry of Health, Government of Somaliland guidelines on measures required to curb the spread of covid 19.
The other students, he directed, would be subjected to online examinations, based on the various technological tools available and feasible.
Amoud University has been conducting online classes and is due to commence final examinations on time beginning June 23rd, 2020 to June 27th, 2020 for Freshman Academic Year, July 1st, 2020 to July 7th, 2020 for Senior graduating classes for all it's faculties and on July 8th, 2020 to July 15th, 2020 for the other classes including Sophomore Academic Year and Junior Academic Years, according to academic calendar for the year September 2019/ July 2020.
