The chair requested various select senate committees to present their reports, these included Media Committee, Disciplinary committee, and Education committee. The members of each select committee teams reported about selection of their officials and their progress as follows:-

The chair received the students disciplinary report from deans of faculties. Emphasis was placed on need to enforce disciplinary actions for students who did not follow laid down guidelines on code of conduct including dressing code.
Examination officer reported that the trainings had commenced well as was planned. The examinations officer presented examinations his report in which he stated that seven (7) faculties had already undergone training on examinations processing. He however noted the variations of examination formats in different academic units based on their areas of specialization.
The chair then invited Dr. Oso to guide members in reading and reviewing the proposed Action Plan for Academic Affairs Office. The document was thoroughly discussed, with various amendments being passed. Further, student fee payment status report was read out whereby the total paid students were standing at 3491 for all academic units of Amoud University as at Monday, December 21st, 2020. The deans of faculties were urged therefore to ensure that all remaining students were followed up so that they pay up.
