Agenda items discussed included Examination Venue and Invigilation, Examination Training Report, Tuition Fee Report, Curriculum Report, Action Plan Approval. The senate proposed a meeting for examination with examination coordinators and deans of faculties on Thursday, January 7th, 2021. The meeting also recommended to have a postgraduate diploma in higher education programme for enhanced training of Amoud University lecturers. Venues for the forthcoming final semester examinations for freshman department were also discussed. The dean, freshman department was tasked with responsibility of sharing freshman lecturers distribution to other faculties. The meeting also resolved to have review of all course descriptions finished by end of February 2021.
