The senate agreed on various issues including that the university catalogue would be delivered on time before the next scheduled graduation date. Training on examination policy was going to be a continuous process with more awareness necessary to be created so that all lecturers get the right information through trainings and mentorships. There would be trainings for deans, associate deans, examinations office and this will be for data analysis purposes. Once implementation was done, several stakeholders will be affected. There would be need to inform all stakeholders of what to expect in the coming academic year e.g. lecturers, students, parents, sponsors, research assistants and lecturers who teach research methodology would also be appraised on the skills and knowledge in data analysis. Timetables for next academic year September 2021/ July 2022 could be affected by implementation of the new catalogue which in turn affect various other university operation, taking cognizance of accurate implementation of lecture hours. Course outlines for theory courses and practical courses would be prepared in advance for practical laboratories to be known that this exactly is the nature of practical courses to be done e.g. for example through production of practical manuals.
