The Amoud University College of Health Sciences – School of Medicine is proud to announce a USMLE Step 1 Sponsorship Program aimed at empowering our brightest medical students and recent graduates to compete on a global stage.
As part of our continued commitment to academic excellence and international recognition, the School of Medicine will fully sponsor the $1,200 USMLE Step 1 exam fee for five (5) outstanding candidates.
📌 Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a current Amoud medical student or recent graduate.
- Have valid ECFMG registration.
- Achieve an NBME self-assessment score of 70% or above.
- Show proof of ability to cover round-trip airfare to Nairobi, where the exam is conducted.

🕒 Application Deadline
This is a rolling application process. Sponsorships will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis until all 5 slots are filled.
