Amoud University and Jimma University Sign Landmark MoU to Enhance Academic Cooperation and Research
BOORAMA, Somaliland – Amoud University and Jimma University, Ethiopia, have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a strategic partnership aimed at strengthening collaboration in higher education, research, innovation, and institutional capacity development. Arrival and Reception of the Delegation The high-level delegation from Jimma University was led by Dr. Jemal Abafita, President of Jimma University, accompanied by: The visit was facilitated and led by Hon. Ambassador Teshome Shunde Hamito, Consul General of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia in Somaliland, and Mahir Abduselam Ahmed, Second Secretary. Upon their arrival at the Amoud University main campus, the delegation was warmly received by the university’s senior management team, headed by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Muse Jibril, President of Amoud University, along with members of the executive leadership.
